The Coaches Development Program (CDP) is designed for coaches who are early in their careers or aspiring to have a career in coaching. Ideal candidates are former college players, college student managers, graduate or part-time assistant coaches, or high school coaches that are early in their career who have the desire to learn and grow in the profession and craft a strong foundation of fundamentals of coaching both on and off the court. The participants in the CDP serve as assistant coaches for our camp head coaches and participate in all facets of coaching their camp team. In addition, they have the opportunity to attend classroom sessions led by experienced college coaches throughout their camp experience.
